When should I book my airport transfer?

As always, the best answer is “the sooner, the better”. However, one week in advance would be enough to guarantee our airport shuttle service is available. Of course, it is possible to book some days in advance too. Just bear in mind there is high demand of taxi transfer services at Alicante airport, especially in the high season and in night hours, when long queues are seen at the taxi stop.

Can I book less than 24 hours in advance?

Will your car be enough for all my luggage?

Luggage won’t be a problem. We have large vehicles to accomodate all your belongings. Anyway, if you are bringing too much luggage (more than one medium and one small piece per passenger), please consider to book a larger vehicle than you would thinking just in the number of passengers, to make sure we bring the appropriate van for you.

Can I pay with my credit card?

Yes, you can pay your airport transfer in advance with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) when booking online, or also pay with card on the day of the transfer.

Can I pay to the driver in cash on the day of the transfer?

Yes, you can also pay to the driver in cash. If you wish to book online, you just have to click on “Pay to the Driver” option when you get to the checkout.

I cannot find my destination when booking online
